OFFICIAL LETTER NO. 2424/TCT-KK DATED 18 JUNE 2015 OF GDT IN GUIDANCE OF MEASUREMENT TO RETRIEVE ENTERPRISE REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE
According to official letter No. 2424/TCT-KK:
In case, enterprises are forced to conduct the measurement to retrieve enterprise registration certificate and business registration office, and note information warning in the national registration information system but has not yet issued Decision of retrieving enterprise registration certificate , enterprises still declare as regulations.
In case, enterprises are the entity in charge are forced to perform Decision of retrieving enterprise registration certificate, the dependent units are changed for tax code of the entity in charge
